We work in partnership with local farmers to ensure a stable supply of fresh ingredients, including organic rice and organic ginger from the east coast; hand-picked chili and plum from the west coast; baby leaves of Toona sinensis from the south, and seaweed from the surrounding islands of Taiwan. We cook those natural’s delicacies with in-house naturally brewed and fermented sauces without adding artificial additives and preservatives. We are committed to recreate and seal the founder’s secret recipes in every bottle.
