1 chopped tomato, 1/4 chopped onion, a few leaves of basil(minced), 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 spoons of olive oil.
1or 2 teaspoons of Gu Wang Organic Shio Koji, some cracked black pepper.
1. Mix the chopped tomato, chopped onion, minced basil, and minced garlic in a medium-size mixing bowl.
2. Add into Gu Wang Organic Shio Koji, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper. Mix well and serve!
