Grilled Veggie Satay Skewers
50g sliced Zucchini, 50g sliced onion, 25g sliced red bell pepper, 25g sliced yellow bell pepper, 30g Rolled flour gluten, 30g sliced pineapple.
Vegetarian Barbecue Sauce: 1 tablespoon of Gu Wang Vegetarian Shacha Sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce paste, 1/2 teaspoon of bruised ginger.
1. Mix the Vegetarian Barbecue Sauce for later use.
2. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate. Alternately thread zucchini slices, onion, rolled flour gluten, pineapple, and bell pepper onto the skewers.
3. Brush Vegetarian Barbecue Sauce over vegetables.
4. Cook skewers on the preheated grill until vegetables are tender, turning and basting vegetables with Vegetarian Barbecue Sauce occasionally 10 to 15 minutes.
